Terms and Conditions

Upon confirmation of the event a deposit of $1,000 per room is required to secure the date. There are also additional deposits due prior to the function which will be stated on your contract.

All deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

We do not accept credit card payments. All payments can be made with money order, cashier’s check, cash or personal check. All payments made with a personal check may be made up until 14 days prior to the event. All payments made within 2 weeks of the event must be made with certified funds or cash. Payments in full must be made 10 days before the event.

Belvedere Chateau reserves the right to refuse any outside vendor services with food, alcohol beverages, linens, and chair covers etc. To avoid any conflicts, please contact an event coordinator before arranging for any outside serves for your event.
